We’re just over two weeks until election day now. Our campaign team has been working hard to progress the campaign and hear constituents’ needs. Here’s what’s happened in the last week.
Jonathan’s campaign news:
This week, Jonathan:
Attended the first All-Candidates debate. At this event, Candidates discussed various topics, including climate action, health and pharmacare, post secondary education and more.
Joined close to 300 people doing the Alzheimer’s Climb at Grouse Mountain to raise money and awareness. The Liberal government developed Canada’s first ever National Dementia Strategy.
Continued door-knocking and having thoughtful conversations with North Vancouverites.
Spoke to students at Brockton Preparatory School. These students had done their research and knew the priorities for this election included climate change, affordability and a strong economy of the future.
Wrapped up the week, by attending the second All Candidates Meeting to discuss the environment specifically, hosted by CPAWS-BC.
